The Position

This position is responsible for development of eServices and strategically lead/leverage GTM programs with the cross-functional teams taking full accountability for roll out successfully in Taiwan local market.

(S)he works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Medical, Business Excellence & Training teams to collaboratively identify the critical success factors for multi-channel campaigns and activities, and proactively generate actionable insights to maximize business impact.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drive digital transforming through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new capabilities/technologies to improve the commercial operation efficiency.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) optimization through guide sales and marketing team to improve customer experience (for both internal and external) and increase HCPs’ adoption/adhere on those solutions we provided
  • Capability Transformation from Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) to Omni-Channel Engagement (OCE)
  • As the key contact for assigned business partners, you will act as a vital interface, collaborating with internal and global/regional Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Be responsibility of internal platforms including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform, Veeva Vault, GTM Account Services and CANVAS for automated digital production.
  • Manage the sales funnel performance by leveraging a data-first approach. Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase yield and scale volume
  • Lead GTM content related projects (include content tagging, End-to-End) in Taiwan
  • Develop KPIs for campaign objectives and collaborate with the team to measure impact, optimize recommendations, and quickly adjust tactics based on learnings
  • Leverage global digital assets to localize for Taiwan markets
  • Optimize internal business operations with digital solutions

Requirements

  • Experience & knowledge:
    • A minimum of 5-year experience in marketing or commercial roles
    • At least 3 years solid and rounded digital/OCE expertise within from other industries or from pharma with a focus on creating great customer experiences
    • Action oriented to drive plan implementation and strong business acumen
    • Ability to think and act strategically combined with an ability to translate plans into operational reality
    • Strong analytical capability to understand the customer and sound business & commercial knowledge to understand the impact
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Core competencies & behavioral:
    • Digital competencies including; digital strategy and integrated planning, content marketing, customer insight and analytics, automation and personalization (CRM), customer experience and user experience.
    • Strong relationship management capabilities; ability to influence others without authority
    • Ability to work with global stakeholders and external agencies to leverage and scale to BITW solutions
    • Growth mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo
