Security culture & awareness specialist [Belgium]

 

We are currently looking for a security culture & awareness specialist for a mission in Brussels.

Creation, Planning, Implementation and Maintenance of a Security Culture and Awareness Program.

Action items include (amongst others):
-> Measurement of Security Awareness Maturity Levels
-> Assess specific risks per functional target group
-> Implement and decide on dedicated training per target group
-> Design and Maintain KPIs
-> Automated reporting
-> Etc

Competenties:
- Have at least 3 years of security experience working on Security Culture and Awareness Program Creation, Planning, Implementation and Maintenance
- Have an strong technical understanding of cyber security principles and techniques in general
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CSF, ISO27000, ...)
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and compliance requirements in the automotive sector (GDPR, NIS, UNECE R155, ...)
- Ability to explain complex problems in a simple way, adapted to the audience
- Ability to use different message distribution techniques to ensure end users understand and continually apply the required behavioral change necessary to reduce the ‘human factor’ risk.
- Experience designing and developing security training material
- Experience with common MS Office Tools
- Experience with Power BI / Power App is a PLUS
- Security-Focused Certifications are a PLUS: - CISSP, SSAP, ...
- Very good communication skills, ability to use clear and concise language (verbally, written, presenting) in English
- Other languages are a PLUS (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish)
- Have strong interpersonal and network development skills
- Have strong planning and organisational skills
- Have experience in an International Enterprise and have worked across different organizations, nationalities and cultural differences
