Full-time machine operator job available at Hessing Helmond. Join us to learn how salads, ready-to-eat vegetables, and fruit juices are prepared for supermarkets.

CZYM SIĘ BĘDZIESZ ZAJMOWAĆ

Performing operational activities on at least one production line, which may vary by department. This includes:

• Setting the machine to the required parameters (traceability, numbers, bag length, speed, weight dosage, date imprint, etc.)
• Recording production data from the line
• Constructing and converting equipment/machines
• Performing basic maintenance and repair work to fix malfunctions
• Monitoring process progress
• Conducting and documenting quality controls on processes and products, such as verifying proper formation and closure of bags/trays, filling weight, gas measurements, allowing timely and effective corrections
• Managing the team of individuals

GODZINY PRACY

You will work an average of 38 hours in 3 shifts. The process continues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

JAKIE SĄ NASZE OCZEKIWANIA

• Experience as a machine operator is a plus
• You speak English at a B1 level
• You have a normal health condition
• Working in 3 shifts is acceptable for you. At Hessing, they operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Working in a cold (3 degrees) and wet environment poses no issue for you
• Personal hygiene is important to you, and you adhere to the HACCP rules

CO OFERUJEMY

• Salary of €14,66 per hour
  
  The salary is gross and includes 10.5% holiday allowance and payment for irregular holiday hours paid weekly.

In addition:

• 
  Shift allowance will be provided, ranging from 125% to 140%
• The job is full-time, with an average of 38 working hours
• Training will be provided for various positions, and there are opportunities for a permanent contract
• HOBIJ will supply the necessary personal protective equipment
• You will have the opportunity to develop yourself, such as progressing to the role of a machine operator or forklift driver
• If you do not have your own accommodation, please inform us, and we will discuss the possibilities for HOBIJ housing with you

GDZIE BĘDZIESZ PRACOWAĆ

Hessing BV cuts and processes vegetables and fruit; a profession they have been managing for 60 years. Fresh ingredients are processed into ready-to-cook vegetables, processed fruit, and meal salads. These products are then delivered to supermarkets, fast food chains, wholesalers, catering companies and in-flight caterers.The working environment is fine, you are all day between fruit so you feel healthy. It is cool (3 degrees Celsius) and there is a strong smell of fruit. It can be wet and noisy.
