Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and creative scripts for youtube videos, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content strategies that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Proofread and edit scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with video production teams to ensure scripts are effectively translated into captivating visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, betting insights, and sports news to incorporate relevant information into the content.
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
- Supervise advertising, and other forms of marketing to ensure they maintain consistency with our brand style.
- Writing and providing compelling copies for banners, articles and other communication materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a content writer, scriptwriter, or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create persuasive content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Knowledge of sports betting, sports events, and popular sports in Nigeria.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.
- Proficient in conducting research and gathering information from reliable sources.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
