As a working student in our global Talent AcquisitionTeam, you will have the opportunity to support our international Talent Acquisition Experts in their daily recruiting work. By collaborating with stakeholders on a global level, you will learn how our organization operates and how to search, identify and hire talent. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to the success of the team and our extensive growth strategy.


Your Tasks

    Supporting the Talent Acquisition Experts along the entire end-to-end recruitment value chain (from sourcing to hiring)

  • Creation of meaningful and attractive job advertisements as well as their posting on target group-oriented Internet portals and channels and the associated support of the relevant HR systems

  • Support the organization and administration of global Onboarding sessions

  • Support of challenging recruiting projects, possibly own responsibility for smaller projects

  • Administrative support in correspondence (e.g., coordination of appointments)


Your Profile

  • Enrolled student e.g. in social sciences or economics, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management

  • Ideally first practical experience in the field of HR or administration/organisation through internships or working student activities

  • High level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Professional communication skills and a confident manner

  • Proven MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new IT tools

  • You enjoy modern HR work in an international company and team at the core of the energy transition

  • Fluent English language skills, as part of your colleagues are not from Germany
