  The role

  Reporting directly to the Blueberry Grower, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the Blueberry team to ensure the quality and KPI’s are achieved.

  
  

  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Blueberry Grower:
    
    • to manage workloads through supervision and delegation
    • in training and development of team members to complete crop work tasks
  • Operate ATV and spray units
  • Make fertiliser mix to specifications
  • Undertaking leadership and on the job training
