PartMasters is a company selling laptop components to every corner of South Africa. The company has seen a rapid growth since its initiation in 2016. From our kitchen table in Blairgowrie, Randburg, we have grown into a nationwide company with offices in Bloemfontein, Gqeberha, Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. We are a market leader of laptop parts, but still have managed the keep the small company atmosphere.
We are looking for a Sales Consultant that is able to replace parts in laptop or has the necessary knowledge to replace parts and can be trained rapidly. You will be trained in our office in Johannesburg for one or two weeks before taking position in our Durban office.

We expect an employee that is very well-versed in English both verbally and written. You know the difference between “there” and “their”, “I” and “i”. You will be able to sell our items to different clients via mail, phone, face-to-face or other communication channel. You will engage with the client so that they will come back for more. You do not see challenges with clients but only sales opportunities. You are interested in IT and can learn quickly. You are an individual that likes sales. Your excellent skill is turning every opportunity into a sale.
Duties
· Replacing parts in laptops
· Answering client’s queries by phone, email, WhatsApp, face-to-face and other communication channels
· Finding and quoting on the correct item for the client
· Providing items to walk-in clients
· Basic customer service
· Shipping of items to clients
· Stock take
· Basic admin tasks
· Replacing laptop parts
Requirements
· Able to replace screens, batteries and keyboards in laptops
o You can be trained at our premises, but you will need to show an interest and ability to replace laptop parts.
· Minimal 2 years of Sales Experience
· Excellent Customer Services skills
· Strong negotiating and selling skills.
· Excellent communication skills
· Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
· Flexible toward working hours.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
· Being computer literate in packages such as Microsoft Office
· Having an excellent understanding of our products or willingness and ability to gain and excellent understanding of your products and services.
· Sales orientated.
· Well organised
· Ability to learn quickly.
· Be well groomed and presentable.
· A high interest in IT
Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Salary: R6,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
