- Being extremely attentive to detail, architectural on approach to design, and a driving force in UI quality standards with modular, reusable solutions
- Staying up to date with new technologies and trends
- 2+ years experience as a UX, UI, or IxD designer
- An available online portfolio
- Experience contributing to or creating a design system
- Experience designing and shipping products on mobile and desktop
- Expertise with Figma, Adobe Xd, etc.
- Experience with prototyping software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design
- An understanding of product teams and agile development practices
- Strong knowledge of usability principles, user interface guidelines, and best
- practices
- Skilled at wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes
- Ability to work as a part of a highly collaborative team, listen effectively, accept feedback openly, and respect other's perspectives and contributions
- Organized, able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
- Know your way around HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience designing responsive web and native mobile application
- An online portfolio with case studies highlighting SaaS or enterprise software design, UX research, analytical decision-making, and strategic thinking
