Responsibilities & Duties: -
· Focussed on delivering customer satisfaction, therefore understand their needs and requirements.
· Inform customers about our vast product portfolio & recommend the right product
· Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication and secure information & demos
· Be responsive to customer’s inquiries
· Build relationships with long term prospects
Inbound & Outbound Sales Proffered
Skills required: -
· Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Organized, efficient & quick to respond.
· Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
