Family Group: Administration

Responsibilities

You will be responsible in providing support to HR Capability Development and Recognition team. You will be managing and administering training related matters, orientation, learning management system and projects. You will be working closely with staff, departments, and other stakeholders to establish rapport, provide advice and support on learning and development related matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience in learning and development functions; or
  • Diploma in any discipline with minimum 6 years of working experience in learning and development functions.
  • Has knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • 6 months contract (subject to renewal)
