At Lifted we support care providers to access and recruit great staff from overseas, and we support new carers on their journey and settlement in the UK.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an International Relocation Coordinator to join the team to help our Carers set up their new lives in the UK. It’s an incredibly rewarding and important role. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, embraces the use of technology and you will join us in our mission to deliver outstanding staff to our clients and an exceptional experience for our Carers.
Responsibilities
- Assist international carers in finding appropriate housing options within their new UK communities.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
- Coordinate and negotiate with local estate agents to secure the best housing options for clients.
- Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about the properties and neighbourhoods.
- Provide support and information on local amenities, schools, healthcare facilities, and transportation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Coaching carers on relocation best practices, in terms of planning, scheduling and arranging their move.
- Providing support to candidates throughout their relocation journey
- Collecting requirements to understand what is required for each Carer to successfully relocate
- Sourcing cars for Carers who require them to travel to their roles, or work closely with providers who offer a fleet car service
- Meeting carers at the airport when required, and helping them settle into life in Britain
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding process and introduction of new carers to their new employer
- Documenting your work and working with our senior leaders to design a great experience for carers and employers
- Delivering against ambitious targets to budget
- Providing reports on progress against targets
- Essential requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Willingness to travel is important.

Compensation package
- £27k base: Performance-related compensation
- When Lifted recruits 50 carers in one month: £2k bonus
- When Lifted recruits 100 carers in one month: £5k bonus
