JOB PURPOSE:
ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Billing Administrator to fill a vacancy within the Maintenance Department. The main objective of the role is to perform all the billing functions and activities independently and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Billing Controller in the day to day running of the billing department.
- Monitor Customer Contract amendments, pricing profiles, OEM programs, company rates and charges to ensure accurate billing is presented at all times.
- Prepare Invoices for pre-billing, incremental-billing and post maintenance billing for Customers, parts, labour, services, hangarage, 3rd party charges, modifications, working teams, MRT and other.
- Liaise with Engineering staff prior for finalization of invoices to ensure correct billing content for detail and inclusions/exclusions.
- Liaise with the Planning and Materials Teams to ensure billing is captured for all sales activities.
- Ensure that any Company warranty items are properly captured and allocated to the required general ledger codes.
- Final preparation of customer invoices for review by Maintenance Manager or Hangar Supervisors.
- Liaise with the Finance department regarding Customer credit terms and billing prerequisites.
- Coordinate with the Warrant Administrators for the onward settlement of OEM and other Warranty or program benefits on behalf of the Customer.
- Attend to Customer Billing enquiries to provide clarification of charges levied, clarify discrepancies, issue Credits and billing amendments.
- Ensure the capture of all charges and that invoicing is presented to the Customer which will allow for a timely settlement of all invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
- Computer Literate.
- Competent at MS Excel.
- Past Experience in a similar role.
Desirable
- Experience in Corridor ERP system.
- Finance or Accounting Background.
- Experience in Aviation MRO or similar environment.
