- Planning, sourcing material, sample order & accessory.
- Handle garment orders from sampling to shipment to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines.
- Lead all product development after the designing phase through prototype samples, fit samples and production samples.
- Communicate effectively with various departments such as Marketing, Designing, Sampling, and factory for timely approvals and to resolve any issues that may potentially delay shipment.
- Handle regular purchasing material duties and administrative works.
- Monitor and coordinate; complete product development till final sample is accurate, quality checks, measurements, comments for changes and final approvals and get quotation.
- Prepare accurate cost sheets and work with buying team.
- Handle quality issue with Customer Service department, buyer and factory.
- Handle shipment & work close with forwarder.
