E-Commerce Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Specialist to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and growing, as well as the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us, and help us grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement a strategy for increasing sales through online marketing campaigns, product reviews, and other strategies
- Help develop and maintain relationships with customers on social media platforms to promote products
- Help manage inventory of products in our online platform and work with designers to create eCommerce packages for customers
- Help maintain positive customer reviews on the website and in social media channels
- Assist in maintaining positive online customer relations through email, phone, and social media
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate with others across multiple channels. Ability to write clear, concise copy. Ability to speak with customers about products in a professional manner. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be detail oriented with high attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to learn new software programs quickly and be able to keep up with changes in the industry. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where results are achieved through hustle alone. Must be computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred; knowledge of Amazon’s Shopify is preferred; knowledge of Google Sheets is preferred; knowledge of Facebook’s Business Manager is preferred; knowledge of Facebook Pages is preferred; knowledge of Facebook Ads is preferred; knowledge of Facebookormon is preferred; knowledge of Shopify is preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.80 - $23.85 per hour
