Tasks
- In your new role, you will take on and be responsible for tasks from the group-wide service Siemens Address Library (SAL) and will be in contact with customers, other service providers and stakeholders.
- You are a reliable contact person for our services and products as well as for all questions relating to the ordering, order processing and billing process.
- As part of the information management of the Siemens Group, you will deal with data acquisition, research and qualification of information related to Siemens locations.
- Your tasks will include carefully ensuring data quality in the SAL database, including the creation and definition of structural data records.
- Within the Siemens group you exclusively assign and maintain Siemens' own location identifiers.
- You generate customer-specific data reports and supply group-wide IT systems and applications with the necessary data.
- You will familiarize yourself with the SAL database architecture and the web application, operate and support them and contribute to their further development.
- You are responsible for the SAL mailbox and answer customer inquiries about location information.
- As part of the SAL team, you ensure stable and efficient service processes and participate in projects that aim to further develop the service and its performance.

Your profile
- The basis is your business bachelor's degree, a degree in business informatics or a 3-year business apprenticeship as well as qualified further training and additional subject-specific qualifications.
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with the organizational logic of a corporate structure.
- You have experience in handling and building Access databases (database architecture) and are aware of the importance of database maintenance and ensuring master data quality.
- In addition to in-depth knowledge of Access, ideally you already have experience with SQL and VBA programming.
- You are well versed in dealing with the other common Office products, especially Excel.
- You have no difficulties in communicating with customers and you are familiar with the use of the typical communication channels.
- Personally, you are characterized by a structured and considerate way of working and enjoy working in a team.
- Business fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
