Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to receiving and outgoing activities within the storeroom and warehouse.
- Reconcile incoming stock DO (delivery order note) with the purchase order.
- Check incoming materials for any leakage, breakage, or defects. If any damages are found, do not accept the materials and promptly return them to the supplier. Make a remark and state the rejected reason on the DO note.
- Check and verify the shelf life of incoming materials, ensuring a minimum validity of 6 months from the expiry date.
- Daily pick and pack ingredients for outlet orders according to the provided order listing from the office.
- When picking, ensure that the order number is correctly recorded on the stock card.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels to support outlet demands based on the weekly record in the stock card history.
- Inform the office to reorder low stock materials that are on hand.
- Seek office approval or inform them when the shelf life of a product is less than 6 months before proceeding with packing for outlet orders.
- Regularly check fast-moving ingredients to avoid last-minute orders. Allow 3-5 days for new stock arrival.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the storeroom/warehouse before clocking out at the end of the day.
- Perform any duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Hardworking and physically fit to perform all assigned duties within the storeroom/warehouse.
- Fast learner with a basic understanding of warehouse operations (Training will be provided).
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Only local nationality candidates will be considered. Must be able to start work immediately or on short notice.
- School leavers are welcome to apply.
- Preferably residing in Serdang/Seri Kembangan, with a higher chance of being hired.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
