Your mission
Our ideal candidate will be able to support the P1 team at events where P1 supplies its products such as the FIA Karting Championship and others. Events normally start on Wednesday and end on Sunday with long working days. During the 2023 season, there will be 18 events covering all of Europe with the opportunity to see world-class karting race tracks in amazing locations.
YOUR MISSION
Assisting planning of the events (Travel management, preparation of the pre-event documentation, etc)
Sales on-site and the usage of a POS system to complete purchase orders
Establish excellent levels of customer service
Responsibility of equipment used at events (refueling dispensers, hoses, flight cases, tents, etc.)
Setup & dismantling of distribution area
Ensuring the distribution area is clean and organized
Reporting directly to Event Coordinator on-site

You are reliable and punctual
You have strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
Willingness to travel within Europe
Detailed focused
Multilingual (Fluent in English and at least one other major European language)
Motorsport experience beneficial
