Primary Purpose:
Assist in meeting Regional Sales & Marketing team objectives through acting as the primary customer support contact, working in conjunction with regional sales staff in lead qualification and opportunity management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist team members in preparation of customer quotations, tender / bidding documentation, and export licensing documentation. Represent NanoAnalysis to attend bidding if needed. Support salesman to sign contract with customer and process order related documents. Communicate with UK about special specification. Contribute actively to the sales forecasting activity and work with sales team on the development and maintenance of the CRM and CSI. Forecast review together with salesman. Management and maintenance of the NA sales database. Support NA China Marketing events, assist managers to organize & coordinate internal and external events and meetings. Manage the process of Sales Lead prospecting and qualification within their agreed region, including research and qualification. Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time by your line manager.

Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in business related major.
Professional Skills/ Abilities:
2+year's sales assistant working experience in foreign enterprise .
Good PC skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft packages is essential; Experience in CRM and CSI would be valuable.
Personal Qualities:
High degree of self-organization whilst recognizing the priorities of the sales and customer support personnel.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Character capable of building good rapport with a wide variety of personalities and cultures.
